Information collected when booking

The booking form collects the information required to administer the course and invoice.

Primary booker name, email and phone number
Address, postal code and city
Name and email for each additional participant
The selected training session

When you book for somebody else

If you book the training for more people than yourself, you need to give the name and email address of each participant. You are responsible for making sure that the people you book for know that their details are given to us and are used to administer the training.

Every participant needs their own email address, because the login to the course platform and the course material is personal. Once payment has been registered, the course platform therefore sends a separate email with personal login details directly to each participant.

The booking confirmation and other information about the booking is sent to you as the person who made the booking.

Each participant can contact us directly at kontakt@snoskoterutbildarna.se with any questions about the personal data that concerns them.

Identity number provided later

We do not collect personal identity or coordination numbers in connection with the booking on the website.

To report completed training and test results to the Swedish Transport Agency we do, however, need your personal identity or coordination number. You enter it yourself on your profile page in the course platform, once your account has been created. The number is used only for the purposes where it is needed.

We may also make internal notes about your booking, for example if you have contacted us about changing your training date. These notes are used only to administer your booking and training.

Why we process personal data

We process data to perform the booking and training contract, create course accounts, communicate changes, invoice and keep accounting records, and meet legal reporting obligations. Data about additional participants is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in delivering the booked course.

Service providers and recipients

We do not sell personal data. Hosting, transactional email and course-platform suppliers process data on our instructions. Test information is disclosed to the Swedish Transport Agency where required.

Your rights

You have several rights under the General Data Protection Regulation: access to the data we process about you, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability. Contact us at kontakt@snoskoterutbildarna.se and we will help you.

Cookies

The website uses necessary cookies so that the website, the booking function and our security functions work. They are always set and need no consent.

If you choose Accept all, we also use cookies from Google Analytics and Google Ads. They show how the website is used and how many bookings come through our advertising, and let Google tailor the advertising. The legal basis is your consent. If you do not accept, nothing is loaded from Google. You can withdraw your consent at any time under Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.

Data from Google Analytics and Google Ads is processed by Google Ireland Limited and may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States. The transfer relies on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, to which Google LLC has signed up.

snoskoterutbildarna-session – holds your visit together so that the booking form works. Set by us, cannot be read by any script, and lasts two hours, renewed for as long as you stay on the website.
XSRF-TOKEN – a security check that stops a booking being submitted in your name from another website. Set by us, with the same lifetime as the cookie above.
cookie-notice – stored in your browser's local storage when you accept cookies or withdraw your consent, so that the bar is not shown again. It contains only your choice and the date of this information, and stays until you clear your browser data.
_ga and cookies beginning with _ga_ – Google Analytics. Tells visitors and visits apart in the visitor statistics. Set only if you have accepted, and lasts two years.
_gcl_au – Google Ads. Links a visit from an advertisement to a booking, so that we can see which advertisements work. Set only if you have accepted, and lasts 90 days.

Security and updates

We limit access to people and suppliers who need the information and use appropriate technical and organisational safeguards. This policy may be updated when our processing or suppliers change.
